The Residential District
The Residential District will have over 1,800 Single-Family units for both primary and active adult housing. Four of the nations top builders will be delivering homes starting at $800,000 to over $2,000,000. All 1,800 lots are under contract and residences are scheduled to be open by late 2027 or early 2028.
The Resort District
The Resorts District is going through approvals for up to 7 million sq. ft. of Mixed-Use Commercial, 700 apartments and 700 short-term rental units. Heights can reach up to eight stories. The Resorts at Panther Run current plan includes:
